Great location near the town center and parking available on-site. the room was cozy and perfect for a romantic escape. We loved enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding hills from the balcony. Plus, the breakfast was really tasty and had a good variety of options.

The shower was really frustrating to use - water temperature was constantly shifting from too hot to too cold. the lack of soundproofing in the room led to constant noise disturbance from guests in the corridors and adjacent rooms.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff at this hotel are very attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with wonderful views over the fields. The location of the hotel is ideal, close enough to walk up the hill to the church of St. Francis and to Assisi center.

We had a comfortable, clean room with a good view over the fields. The view of the Basilica of St. Francis from our window was amazing. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The location was good for us because it gave us easy and quick access to other parts of Umbria.

One can enjoy an open-air area with a playground and also a restaurant with good food in the evening. the staff is kind, and you get free parking. the spacious rooms have a simple decoration but fitting for the Franciscan ambiance. the breakfast is good, and the location is perfect for visiting the city.
